Sign in with ChatGPT to create your own Free workspace and connect your company’s SAP Business One account. These details describe Chaski plans, permissions, and billing. Read the Chaski service terms before connecting SAP or starting a subscription. Access to the Chaski app in ChatGPT is separate from website sign-in.

Three plans. One connected workspace.

* Business has no monthly Chaski operation cap. Your SAP account permissions may restrict the records and actions available. Supported Chaski tools, SAP availability, and a limit of 30 operation requests per minute still apply.

Each account is an individual workspace with one SAP connection, not a shared team account. An Chaski plan does not include SAP licenses, SAP hosting, or a ChatGPT subscription. Those services may have their own charges, availability requirements, and limits.

What an operation means

One successful SAP request returning up to 100 records, or one confirmed quotation draft creation, counts as one operation. A report can require many requests. Saving/testing connection settings is free; successful object read tests consume one operation, including reads that return no records. Local proposal previews and failed reads do not spend the monthly allowance. An uncertain write counts conservatively because SAP may have received it; check SAP before trying again.

A report started with operations remaining can finish beyond the monthly allowance, including on Free. Each successful page still counts in usage, with no overage charge. New reports and other SAP reads require remaining allowance; report planning and saved results remain available. The limit of 30 operation requests per minute still applies.

Free allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month. Paid allowances follow the Stripe subscription period. Switching plans within a period does not erase usage already recorded.

SAP permissions still apply

Chaski signs in to Service Layer with the SAP account you connect. That account’s authorizations can restrict available records and actions. Use an account approved by your company with only the permissions it needs. Buying a plan does not grant additional SAP permissions.

All connections start read-only. Only an active Business plan permits quotation draft preparation after you enable writes in Settings. Free and Pro remain read-only. You must review and explicitly confirm every draft in ChatGPT before it is created in SAP. Chaski does not post invoices, delete records, or execute arbitrary commands.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Pro has a base price of $20 USD per month and Business $100 USD per month, before tax. Paid subscriptions use Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe acting as merchant of record for payments. Chaski remains the product and service provider. Stripe handles indirect taxes in its supported customer countries; Chaski is responsible where that coverage does not apply. Checkout may present a localized currency. Review its payment terms, currency, and final total before you pay; live checkout charges real money. Selecting a pricing card alone does not start a subscription. Paid access begins after Stripe confirms payment.

Sign in to check paid plan availability in your workspace. New accounts start on Free. The Free plan is available without a card.

A paid subscription renews monthly until canceled. Open Usage & billing and choose Manage or cancel subscription to cancel online in Stripe. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the current billing period ends. If you cannot sign in or open the portal, visit Chaski support to request cancellation, or contact Stripe transaction support. Support verifies billing ownership before acting. Plan changes may create prorated charges, which Stripe shows before you confirm.

The Free plan has no payment requirement and does not automatically become a paid plan. Disconnecting SAP does not cancel your subscription.

Word and Excel reporting

All plans include five read-only reporting workflows: Sales Performance, Customer Briefing, Inventory and Purchasing Review, Quotation Follow-up, and Monthly Business Review. Each automatically produces a Word report with findings and an Excel workbook with supporting records in ChatGPT, in the language of your request. Read the report guide and fictional examples for copyable requests and download instructions. Free includes 500 operations per month; report usage varies with scope and data volume. ChatGPT file-generation tools must be available to create the attachments.

Reports need context and review

ChatGPT-generated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify material figures against SAP, and check the date range, pagination, filters, tax treatment, credit notes, and currencies. Financial analysis in Chaski covers sales documents; general-ledger statements, cash-flow reporting, and receivables aging are not supported. Reports are decision support, not audited financial statements or professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.

Availability

Website sign-in is open for the Free plan. Access depends on Chaski, ChatGPT, your network, and your SAP Service Layer. The Chaski app is not yet listed in ChatGPT’s public directory. Signing in to the website or selecting a plan does not install the app in ChatGPT. If you cannot find Chaski, contact Chaski support for access guidance.
