REPORT GUIDE

Five reports. Two useful files from each.

Ask Chaski in ChatGPT to review your SAP Business One records. Each report automatically includes a Word document explaining the findings and an Excel workbook with filterable supporting data, in the language of your request.

Word · the explanation

Findings, comparisons, source references and coverage notes.

Excel · the evidence

Analysis tables, calculations and the retrieved SAP records behind the findings.

How to get your Word and Excel files

  1. Set up access. Confirm Chaski is available to your ChatGPT account, then connect your approved SAP company in the Chaski workspace. Public directory access is pending; ask support for access if you cannot find it.
  2. Choose a report below. Copy its request and change the dates, comparison period and customer where needed.
  3. Send it in ChatGPT with Chaski selected. Chaski will ask for clarification if needed.
  4. Download both attachments from the completed response. Word explains the results; Excel lets you filter and trace them. Ask follow-up questions in the same conversation.

File creation depends on ChatGPT’s available file-generation tools. If they are unavailable or SAP coverage is partial, the response will identify the limitation.

Explore the records behind a report

Ask follow-up questions about document comments, custom fields, customer activities and sales opportunities. Chaski can discover the fields available in your company and read the records your SAP account permits.

For an original attached file, ask Chaski to list or download the attachments on a specific SAP record. Files up to 20 MiB can be retrieved. Downloads remain available for 15 minutes through your signed-in account; ChatGPT can also reconstruct the original file from its saved bytes.

Examples: “What reason is recorded for this credit note?” or “Show this customer’s recent activities and download the attachment on invoice 123.” Chaski resolves the record before retrieving its attachment.

See what each report can tell you.

These small previews use one fictional business: September 2026 versus August, in USD. Stock and open documents use an October 3 sample cutoff. No customer SAP data is shown.

Margins use sales excluding tax and after discounts, with credit notes deducted. SAP gross profit follows the recorded cost basis; it is not net profit. Missing profit data is flagged. This fictional example assumes complete inputs.

All five reports are available on Free.

Free includes 500 operations per month. Each successful SAP read page counts as an operation; one report can use several pages. If a report starts with remaining allowance, it can finish beyond the monthly quota at no extra charge. After the allowance is exhausted, new reports and other SAP reads wait for the next reset or a plan change. These five workflows only read SAP data.

Check remaining operations in your workspace or ask Chaski in ChatGPT. Free allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month. See plans and operation details.
